About Us

Every great idea begins with a spark — and for ProSol Minds, that spark was the dream to make technical education in India more practical, inclusive, and innovation-driven.

Our journey began in 2017, when a small, passionate team started working with Atal Tinkering Labs (ATL) under the Atal Innovation Mission, an initiative of the Government of India. We saw a gap between classroom theory and real-world application. Students were learning about robotics, coding, and electronics in books, but very few got the chance to build something tangible — something that would ignite curiosity and confidence.

Out of this realization, the idea of ProSol Minds was born — a company that would bridge this gap through hands-on learning experiences in robotics, artificial intelligence, and embedded systems. After three years of groundwork, experiments, and community engagement, ProSol Minds was officially founded on February 26, 2020, in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh.

What started as a local educational startup quickly gained momentum. We began working with schools and colleges across Andhra Pradesh, helping them set up innovation labs, train teachers, and inspire students to think like engineers and inventors. The impact was immediate — classrooms became innovation spaces, and students began building robots, automation systems, and AI models with confidence.

By 2021, ProSol Minds had expanded into Telangana, and within a year, we had a presence across every district in both states. Our success came not from aggressive expansion, but from the trust we built with educators, institutions, and communities. Schools appreciated our structured delivery model — supported by CRM-based execution, trained technical teams, and continuous mentoring. This operational discipline allowed us to maintain quality while scaling rapidly.

Our footprint soon extended into Karnataka, marking a new chapter of regional growth. We also collaborated with engineering colleges and innovation hubs, bringing our expertise to higher education and professional training. Several of our labs were inaugurated by education ministers and state officials, a recognition that reaffirmed the value we were creating.

Because for us, education isn’t just about knowledge — it’s about building minds that can solve tomorrow’s problems, today.

Today, ProSol Minds stands as a trusted partner for schools, colleges, and institutions that want to bring meaningful, future-ready learning to their students. We are recognized under MSME, registered on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM), and continue to operate with integrity, transparency, and excellence.

But our journey is far from over. We are now expanding into AI-driven education, IoT-based innovation labs, and national mentorship programs aligned with the Atal Innovation Mission’s goal of nurturing one million young innovators.

At its core, ProSol Minds is more than a company — it’s a movement. A movement that began in a single district and has now touched thousands of students across South India. A movement to turn learners into leaders, dreamers into doers, and classrooms into incubators of change.
